Question: What is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?

Answer: The ADA is a federal law that prohibits employers with 15 or more employees from discriminating against people because of their disabilities. The ADA also requires employers to make "reasonable accommodations" so that people with disabilities can do their work.

I wish people would really understand The Americans with Disabilities Act and give people with developmental (High Functioning)disabilities the chance to work out in the community with people who don't have disabilities.
